What we built
Statement upload (PDF, photo or screenshot) feeding a pricing engine that reads every fee line, a four-question route for businesses without a statement, side-by-side comparison across providers, and advisor follow-up within one working day.

What makes a product like this hard to build

Every statement is different
Each card provider lays out its statement differently, and businesses upload PDFs, photos and screenshots. The system has to read every fee line reliably from all of them.

Fees that hide
The headline rate is rarely the real cost. Authorisation fees, minimum charges, PCI fees and terminal rental all have to be found and turned into one effective rate.

Like-for-like comparison
Comparing nine providers means modelling each one's pricing against the same card volume and mix, so the comparison is fair rather than a list of headline rates.
